CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made within 30 days of placing an order will be issued a full refund minus a $159 card processing/admin fee. Once an order has been on our calendar for 30 days, refunds and cancellations can no longer be issued. If you make a change to your order, such as an add-on, we are not able to offer a refund. Please note that any and all changes made to an existing order will incur a $45 change order fee. Additionally, we are not able to make changes to an order once it is within six weeks of production. We do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with our product once it is delivered to you, we are here to help and will do everything within reason to make sure your new Workhorse smoker is to your satisfaction.
